1. Use of the App
The App is intended to help users prepare for their exams and analyze their performance. The app has following features: Avyasha offers three modules: Chapter-Based Exam: Users can select subjects and topics to attempt objective questions, reducing 10 coins per attempt. Personalized-Based Exam: Users can set up time-based complete exams, reducing 20 coins per attempt. Competitive Live Exam: Users can register and participate in mass exams, reducing 30 coins per attempt. Additionally, Avyasha provides a dashboard for progress monitoring, system visualization, and comparative/individual analysis across modules. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. User Accounts
To access the features of the app such as practicing exams, performance analysis, you are required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and all content and materials contained therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content or materials from the App without our prior written consent.
4. In-App Purchases
All purchases made within the App are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree that the transaction is final and that you will not seek a refund for any reason.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided 'as is' and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any harm or damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
8. Obligations
Non-Refundable Purchases: All purchases made within the App are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree that the transaction is final and that you will not seek a refund for any reason. Bonus Redemption Coins: In case of technical issues during exams, extra redemption coins will be added as a bonus to the user's account.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the App or by sending you an email or other notification.
